You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90jili Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. 90jili will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under 90jili's licensing framework. 90jili will cooperate fully with any such process and will provide all relevant account records and transaction data to facilitate a fair resolution. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body is binding on both parties.
